At NammaKids, we want your little ones to love their new outfits, which is why we offer a hassle-free 15-day return and exchange policy for all unworn apparel. If the fit isn't perfect or you've changed your mind, we are here to ensure a smooth transition to the right size or style.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Check

  Ensure the clothing is in its original condition, unwashed, and with all NammaKids tags still securely attached.

• 3.
  Package & Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and use the prepaid shipping label provided via email to drop off the parcel at your nearest courier point.

• 4.
  Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
